Above is a trio of Jazz Musicians at the Nine Pound Hammer Tavern which is a popular hang out for tenants and the community of Georgetown.

An example of a remodeled artist studo. the second floor was originally the Horton Hotel. Tenants opened walls to create larger spaces and exposed the brick walls, refinished the wood floors and installed glass doors & other lovely improvements ![]() |
